Everyone down here in Texas keeps griping about the heatwave. We think everyone should do what we do to beat the heat!

Scamps Are Us!

The Girl has decided that we’re a couple of scamps. Best as we can tell, it’s because she left us on our own last night for QUITE a while (something about a human something called BoDeans), and then when she finally returned home, she noticed remnants of banana peels scattered over the table and on the kitchen floor. She just gawked at us, speechless for a minute as she tallied up what we had gotten into: five bananas and four plums that were no longer on the bowl on the table. For some reason, she immediately jumped to the conclusion that Violet instigated it, but we’ll never tell. We, of course, were quite pleased with ourselves — and quite full. We do so love bananas and plums. But come this morning, we were STARVING again and ready for our usual BREAKFASTSES!

May Update

So yes, the Cavalieristas have had a busy spring. They keep wondering why their Girl is always so dang busy. But she has been taking them for some long walks and providing decent bones. YUMMMMM!
